Paul works as a permanent part time accountant. He moved to the area from Invercargill in January 2006 for lifestyle reasons. With over 30 years involvement in public practice Paul has experience in most aspects of business and accountancy. In recent years Paul has specialised more in practice management, where he focuses the firm on providing clients with the best possible service.

Outside of the firm, Paul assists new accountants in Otago and Southland to complete their professional competency examinations. Paul's role as a facilitator involves running accounting workshops as part of the Professional Accounting School Programme which is designed to give new accountants the necessary skills to become successful chartered accountants.

Paul's leisure interests include golf, badminton and mountain biking.
